The company's main manufacturing includes a series of surface blowout prevention products for oil drilling, a series of downhole accident salvage and handling tools, a series of oil drilling tools, a series of cementing tools, and a series of internal blowout prevention tools. From January 13 to 14, 2025, Wanjinlong Group grandly held the 2024 Annual Meeting themed "Grateful to Have You, United to Forge Ahead and Start a New Journey." This annual meeting was uniquely designed, specially inviting the parents and spouses of all group employees to attend together, aiming to express gratitude for the silent support and selfless dedication of employees' families, and to enhance the cohesion and sense of belonging between employees and the company.
To further deepen the integration of industry and education, school-enterprise cooperation, broaden student employment channels, and support the development of enterprises in our city, on June 6, a delegation of five people including Yin Jingxuan, deputy division-level city-managed cadre of the Foreign Affairs Office of Mudanjiang City, Wu Yang, deputy manager of the Human Resources Department of Northern Oilfield Machinery Co., Ltd., and Cheng Shaojun, deputy general manager of Mudanjiang Linhai Petroleum Salvage Tools Co., Ltd., came to our college to discuss matters related to school-enterprise cooperation. Zhang Zhiling, member of the college party committee and executive vice president, attended the meeting, along with Zhang Zhijian, director of the Academic Affairs Office, and Shen Guijun, head of the Mechanical Department.
Mudanjiang Northern Oilfield Machinery Co., Ltd., established in 1993, produces and processes petroleum drilling and extraction equipment and parts, with a registered capital of 50 million yuan. The factory covers an area of 10,000 square meters, including 3,000 square meters of production workshops. It currently employs 120 people, including 8 senior engineering technicians, 12 intermediate technicians, and 25 intermediate skilled workers. In 2019, sales revenue was 29.7 million yuan. Mudanjiang Linhai Petroleum Salvage Tools Co., Ltd., founded in 1993, specializes in producing petroleum drilling tools and parts, with a factory area of 13,000 square meters and registered capital of 51 million yuan. From January to October 2021, its output value was 19.41 million yuan. Both companies are private innovative enterprises, high-tech enterprises, and specialized and new enterprises supported by provincial and municipal leaders respectively. 
At the negotiation meeting, Zhang Zhiling warmly welcomed the arrival of Yin Jingxuan and his delegation of five people, and introduced the college's development history, educational achievements, faculty construction, student management, integration of work and study teaching reform, industry-education integration, and professional talent cultivation. Representatives of the two enterprises respectively introduced their development history, basic operational status, and talent needs, hoping that under the communication and coordination of the Foreign Affairs Office of the Mudanjiang Municipal People's Government, both school and enterprise sides can further exchange and cooperate to achieve sharing and complementarity of school-enterprise resources.
Subsequently, both parties conducted in-depth discussions on future talent cultivation, practical training, recommendation, and recruitment between the school and enterprises. Zhang Zhiling stated that it is necessary to closely combine the actual needs of enterprises with the college's talent cultivation model, focusing on Heilongjiang Province's "4567" industrial system, Mudanjiang City's "4428" industrial development pattern, and the college's "1237" development strategy, to promote the integration of work and study teaching reform, improve the quality of talent cultivation, cultivate and deliver high-quality technical and skilled talents for enterprises, and help the high-quality development of local enterprises in Mudanjiang City.
